Period Basics

The Global Menstrual Health collective Terminology Action Group defines menstrual health as a ‘state of complete physical, mental and social well-being in relation to the menstrual cycle’ (Hennegan et al. 2021, p. 2).

 

It’s important to know the period basics so you can feel well informed and equipped with dealing with the new changes in your body.
